  • 1984 – College Instructor, Romblon State College (now Romblon State University
  • 1985-1987 – Worked in a private export-import firms in Manila
  • 1988 -1995 Started career with DTI-IV Regional Office as Trade and Industry Development Analyst, Trade and Industry Development Specialist and Senior Trade and Industry Development Specialist and was assigned in the Trade
  • and Industry Development Division
  • 1996 – Transferred to DTI-Cavite as Senior Trade and Industry Development Specialist and was assigned in the Consumer Protection Division
  • 2008-2019 Chief Trade and Industry Development Specialist. Assumed a position of Division Chief of the Consumer Protection Division until retirement in 2019
  • Aside from the supervisory function of the Division, a member of the Regional Pool of ISO 9001 Auditors and Product Assessors and had a chance to audit local manufacturing firms of products under mandatory certification and also to some manufacturing firms of electrical products in China and Ceramic Wall and Floor Tiles in Indonesia.
  • Trained as Mediation Officer and had facilitated a number of mediation of consumer complaints
  • Attended various Leadership and Skills Training/Seminars
  • Member of the Outbound Mission of DTI and CALABARZON Governors in Oita Prefecture, Japan in 1993
  • Attended the Pre-Asia Kyushu Summit Workshop in Nanjing City, China in 1999.
